How it works.
1. Order Layer 2 transport from a partner with an active NNI with Mcbroad. 2. Mcbroad provisions and activates the VXC capacity over that NNI. 3. Your connection goes live, with ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

A physical cross-connect is a dedicated cable between two points in the data center. A VXC is a logical Layer 2 connection over interconnects Mcbroad already has, so there’s no new cabling to install.

Our target is 15 days, subject to site readiness, permits and third-party approvals.
